Previous Photographic Competitions

2022

The students from Rettendon Primary, Trimley St Mary's, Woodville and William de Ferrers entered photographs in the South Woodham Ferrers Rotary Club annual competition. The subject was ‘The Beauty of Architecture’.

SWF Photography Club judged the initial submissions on behalf of our Rotary Club. These entries went forward into the Rotary District phase of the competition.

Locally, in the senior category, Oscar's clever photo of the turbine hall at Tate Modern (below) was judged the winner with Sebastian winning the Junior Catagory with Tower Bridge and Emily, the Intermediate category . Emily's Regal House went on to represent South Woodham Ferrers at the National Rotary level. The top three in each of the two younger catagories and winner of the Senior entrants are shown below.

Members of the Rotary Youth committee, visited all the students at the schools to present the prizes to the entrants to congratulate all for taking part

2021

The students from Woodville and William de Ferrers entered photographs in the South Woodham Ferrers Rotary Club annual competition. The subject was ‘The Colours of Nature’.
