The Rotary Award to WDF Student

SWF Rotary Presents The Rotary Award to WDF Student South Woodham Ferrers Rotary Club presented their Rotary Award, a cheque and a Rose Bowl, to Ashlea Griggs photographed receiving her award from SWF Rotary President Terry Tilbrook. The award is presented to the student who in the opinion of the Senior Pastoral Staff in Years 12 & 13 has made an outstanding contribution for the general good of the Sixth Form or the school and occasionally for the wider community. In effect Ashlea met the Rotary motto of “Service Above Self” Ashlea was outstanding around the school and community acting like a second member of staff who helped endlessly not only in the PE department but all departments in the school. She still kept up to date with all her work and was a credit to the school
